Fabrics:
• Difficult Fabrics: Charge includes exact pattern
matching & placement and pleat matching. Most
COM fabrics are considered difficult due to weave,
stability or pattern. Determination made upon
inspection of fabric.

Valances:
• All shades with valances use larger boards and will
be cord forward. Valances for outside mounts are usually
aprx. 1” wider than shade and will have returns.
Returns must be 1 ¼” min.
• Board, returns and width standards for valances:
1. IM valances have 2 1/2” board
2. OM valances. Same as above.
3. Returns for shades without valances.
Headboards:
• Standard: 1 1/4” x 3/4”
• Turned headboard (mounts by screwing through
face of board)
• Non-Standard Headboard
• Multiple shades on one headboard
Linings:
• Interlining, sateen, thermal, voile, batiste, Apollo
(room darkening), or blackout
• Blackout tape strips
• Rear Lining
Top Down/Bottom Up:
• Cord locks are standard for this style.
• Cords run aprx every 24”.
• Reduced cords are available but may create a slight swag design at bottom of shade.
• Rear valance is recommended to cover gap from street.
• Valances for outside mounts are usually aprx. 1” wider than shade and
will have returns.
Limitations:
• Corner Windows: Shades butting together
or mitered may not be raised to the same height.
Specialty Windows (templates required):

Contract Pricing:
• 20 shades or 500 sq.ft. minimum with our
fabrics. 1,000 sq.ft. minimum on COM.
All shades must be same fabric and style.
